Archaeology is the ultimate camping, hiking, picnicing, bird watching, nature gawking, adventure of a lifetime. It's a lot like combat. Long periods of total boredom interspearced with short periods of intense feeling, Paleoarchaeology has a charm all it's own. As Calvin said to Hobbbes, "This has got to be the most mind numbing experience of a lifetime." We'll also be touring Sea Mammal sites on the Internet.
If you think we've waited way to long and are concerned for the survival of the planet, join this group of solid activists. I don't always agree with what they do..but I'll defend their right to do it.

Cheyenne Tipi: A Tipi tour through photographs. Tipi's are the perfect three season dwelling. If you have no need to move it on a regular basis a lodge will last 10 years. The biggest drawback to their use is the length of the poles. I have a 1966 Dodge PowerWagon that I bought just to haul poles.

Join in the fight to save the world's dwindling green spaces. You Can Make A Difference.And while we're about it, think of a world without dolphins. If we keep going....we're going to kill every living thing on the planet. It's happened before. It can happen again. I often wonder what the next evolutionary step is. Do you?
